Richard has been appointed as the Ministerial Planning Decisions Editor of the Journal of Planning and Environment Law (JPL) with effect from the first issue of 2010.
Richard is also one of the editors within Chambers of the Planning Appeal Decisions series of reports, also published by Sweet & Maxwell.
He is also the author of the chapter on planning appeals in the RICS'S ISURV online publication.
