Simon Mehigan QC acts as a mediator, particularly in matters concerning the following areas of law; contract, employment, disciplinary, gambling and fraud. He also advises on all aspects of betting and gaming law with an emphasis on the legality of new remote products and practices in the fields of breach of confidence, restraint of trade (particularly concerning partners) and fraud.

Cases of Note

• Advising the leading betting exchange, bookmakers, game operators, machine manufacturers, trade associations and lottery providers on the application of the Gambling Act 2005 to their businesses.
  
• Advising professional partnerships (mainly solicitors) on hiring new partners/teams.
