PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

Instructed by a firm of surveyors in a dispute with NHS Trust on public procurement in services (Written Opinion)

Advised a Local Authority on the application of public procurement Directives on development agreement (Written Opinion).

Advised two firms of surveyors regarding a Framework Agreement on Services (Written Opinion).

Instructed a number of times by a Local Authority regarding the application of public procurement law on a s.106 Agreement (Written Opinion and Two Supplementary Opinions)

COMPETITION LAW

Drafted a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading on behalf of private clients, regarding anti-competitive practices of a trade association (Junior to Gregory Jones)
