Chambers has significant experience in this important area, with work carried out both for the HSE and other enforcing authorities (Mark Harris is Standing Counsel to the HSE) as well as on behalf of regulated industries and organisations, in both criminal proceedings, Employment Tribunals and the higher courts. Accordingly the range of work covered includes cases in all areas, ranging from construction, through fairgrounds and entertainment, to ionizing radiation and nuclear industries.
