Regulatory
In addition to our leading public law practice, many FTB members have experience in criminal law, the majority of which is in the area of regultory law. Members of Chambers have worked in a wide range of regulatory areas including enforecement notices, listed buildings, advertising control, waste pollution, benefit fraud and trading standards.
Chambers has recently formed it's own Regulatory & Environmental Crime Group, providing a full "one stop shop" service, giving clients the benefit of expert advice, attendance at interview on very initial stages of an investigation, right through to advocacy at trial, and where appropriate, an appeal.
