GADSDEN ON COMMONS AND GREENS PUBLISHED

Sweet and Maxwell have published the new edition of Gadsden on Commons and Greens by Edward Cousins and Richard Honey of FTB. The book features contributions from Mark Westmoreland Smith and Annabel Graham Paul also of FTB.

Edward Cousins is Adjudicator to HM Land Registry and former Chief Commons Commissioner. Richard, Mark and Annabel are all members of Chambers at FTB whose practice includes a substantial element of work related to commons and town and village greens.
