FTB SADDENED BY DEATH OF ANDREW KELLY QC

The Chambers of Robin Purchas QC are deeply saddened by the death of Andrew Kelly QC.

Andrew Kelly joined Chambers (then 2 Harcourt Buildings) in 1980. He had been called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1978, and subsequently the Bar of Northern Ireland in 1982. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2000. Throughout his career he practised in planning, local government and parliamentary law - being consistently rated among the top Silks in these fields.

He will be greatly missed by members and staff of the Chambers of Robin Purchas QC.
