RECESSION-PROOF HOUSING SCHEMES 

The public inquiry into three competing urban extensions to Daventry has been closed in writing after 36 sitting days over a six month period.
The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government has announced his intention to issue his decision in April 2010.
