INDIGO LTD V. COLCHESTER INSTITUTE [2010] EWHC 3237 (QB)

Denis Edwards appeared for the claimant in the first case dealing with an application to lift the automatic stay imposed under regulation 47G of the Public Contracts Regulations, when a contract award decision is challenged during the standstill period.  The Court decided that despite the changes made to the Regulations by the amended Remedies Directive, the same principles applied to these applications as governed the award of interim injunctions.Click here to view the judgement.
