FTB PUBLIC LAW WORKSHOP IN SOLICITORS JOURNAL
FTB has been commissioned by the Solicitors Journal to provide the public law section the SJ's new Workshop series. The workshop articles are short and give practical advice. The public law workshops will appear on a monthly basis and will be written exclusively by members of FTB. The series will cover all aspects of current public law issues ranging from such topics as planning, public procurement and housing to education, mental health and rating. The series will also focus on practical procedural issues such as costs, time limits and mediation. FTB's appointment reflects its outstanding depth and breadth in the field of public law. The series was launched on 26 October with "Clocking Off" by Gregory Jones which examined the implications for time limits of judicial review of the European Court of Justice's decision in Uniplex. http://www.solicitorsjournal.com/story.asp?storyCode=17160&eclipse_action=getsession
