FIRST OLYMPICS CPO COMPENSATION CASE REACHES TRIBUNAL

Richard Honey has appeared for the London Development Agency in the first compensation claim to reach the Lands Tribunal arising from the London Development Agency (Lower Lea Valley, Olympics and Legacy) Compulsory Purchase Order 2005.

The claim was made by the owners of a former bus garage site in Waterden Road.  The amount in dispute was around £2 million. 

Richard Honey was instructed by Raj Gupta of Eversheds solicitors.  Richard is currently instructed in other Lands Tribunal compensation proceedings on behalf of Crossrail, Transport for London, the Secretary of State for Transport, the Welsh Ministers, Dorset County Council and Moto Hospitality.
