CRAIG HOWELL WILLIAMS QC APPOINTED TO RICS PLANNING MEDIATION PANEL

FTB is delighted to be able to inform you that Craig Howell Williams QC has been appointed to the newly formed RICS Planning Mediation Panel.  This scheme has been set up by the RICS to resolve planning and environment disputes - details of this scheme can be found on the RICS website

As you may already know, FTB has a Mediation Group within chambers with dedicated mediation facilities on site .  FTB mediators cover a wide range of work.
