PARKING CHARGES IN RICHMOND

The London Borough of Richmond has made The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (Parking Places) (Supplementary Provisions) (Permits) Order 2007 and the (Amendment No.1) Order 2007 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which for the first time impose differential parking charges aimed to reduce CO2 emissions. This example has already been copied elsewhere in London.
