HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT GRANTED ON APPEAL

British Land and Countryside Properties have been granted planning permission by the Secretary of State, in accordance with her Inspector's recommendations following a public local inquiry, on appeal from the refusal by West Berkshire District Council for a high density residential development of 350 dwellings at a density of 90 dph on the edge of Theale Village.

The appellants were represented by Andrew Kelly QC and Craig Howell Williams.
